Sales:

We are currently providing online sales to most of the continental United States. We will be adding more areas for direct online transactions. This will include other countries. Please e-mail us if you are located outside the United States.

Special order sales and website special will have the option to pay using PayPal.

Returns and Special Orders:

Returns consist of items bought directly from the online shopping cart and sold within the United States. We will refund, exchange, or give a store credit within 20 days of purchase. Sale returns outside of the United States will be on individual basis at this time.
Special Orders consist of items that are not sold directly from our online shopping cart. These sales are mostly for items that are not part of our normal sales business. The policy is no return on these items which will include Motors, Engine Kits, Frames, and other items that will be specified as Special Orders before the order is placed. We will issue refunds on items that are part of our normal course of sales. Some items may be subject to restocking fees if they need to go back to our vendor. These restocking fees are the fees that our vendor charge us for returns.

We will do our best to make every customer happy but we do need to have these policies.

Shipping Services and Charges:

The shipping service is via UPS for our online shopping Cart. We will be offering other services as the online store evolves. Sales via telephone, fax, or e-mail may have the option to ship other then UPS. These options will be discussed before any sale.
